How to place an order?

Browse our store to find the product you want, click the add to cart button and fill in the payment information.

What is the delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 3 to 4 business weeks after placing your order, plus 1 to 2 business days for transport by parcel.

What exactly happens after placing my order?

You will receive a confirmation email of your Order Placed, in which your order number and all the necessary information for tracking are detailed, as well as our contact information for any questions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have received the confirmation of your order you have 10 days to make any change or return of your purchase, once this period has passed we are unable to make changes since possibly your product is already manufactured and ready to be shipped.

How can i track my order?

We will send to your email the order tracking number, and you can track your order on the page of our shipping provider.

Can I request custom size for my desk?

Yes, contact us prior to your purchase and we will gladly make the necessary adjustments so  you have the desk as you need.

Can you build my desk with a custom design?

Sure! Get in touch and we will work on your custom project.

Do my desk hace warranty?

All our products have a manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year, against manufacturing defects. (Does not apply due to natural wear and tear from use of the product or improper use.)

Does the desk need assembly?

For ease and safety on the way, all our desks are shipped disassembled, along with their assembly manual, installation is simple by following the steps in the manual.
