Our standard delivery time is 3 to 4 business weeks after placing your order, plus 1 to 2 business days for transport by parcel.

You will receive a confirmation email of your Order Placed, in which your order number and all the necessary information for tracking are detailed, as well as our contact information for any questions.

Once you have received the confirmation of your order you have 10 days to make any change or return of your purchase, once this period has passed we are unable to make changes since possibly your product is already manufactured and ready to be shipped.

We will send to your email the order tracking number, and you can track your order on the page of our shipping provider.

All our products have a manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year, against manufacturing defects. (Does not apply due to natural wear and tear from use of the product or improper use.)

For ease and safety on the way, all our desks are shipped disassembled, along with their assembly manual, installation is simple by following the steps in the manual.
